Make a deliberate choice to leave the past behind
Congratulations on choosing to do things differently and take back control of your life.
Discover tips and resources you can use to create a more deliberate, mindful life of your choosing.
And when the going gets tough, remember these three important rules about being willing to do things a little differently.
Rule #1 - Choosing differently is hard. Expect it to be.
By choosing to take control of your life, and find alternative ways to live your life, you’re going against the grain.
And thinking for yourself has never been easy in a world where conformity is highly valued.
So when things get hard, remember, this is perfectly normal.
And you can do hard things.
Rule #2 - Consistency is more important than intensity
What matters most is what you do every single day, even in the smallest of ways, to improve your health.
Making massive, sweeping changes is not helpful if you end up feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and give up after a few days.
Find things that you are able to do consistently, and you will be amazed at how they add up over time to have a massive impact.
Rule #3 - Don't be afraid to ask for help
Any time you’re trying to make changes in your life, it can be easy to get discouraged or overwhelmed.
It happens to everyone, I promise.
But there are people all around you who want to help you and support you on your journey, so don’t be afraid to ask for help.
You don’t have to do this alone.
