Books
This is a selection of books that I've read that have helped me make the choices in my life that were right for me.
I've only included books that I've found incredibly helpful for me personally, and that are also highly rated by many other people, so you can have confidence that they will also help you.
It's a bit of an eclectic mix, and not every book will be a fit for you right now, but hopefully you'll find something in here that sparks the next step towards a more authentic life.
