Your body relies on you to keep your lymph moving
So, are your lymph nodes clear?
And what the heck are they?
Well, your lymph nodes are part of your lymphatic system, which is one of the main ways that your body that gets rid of toxins and waste from around your cells.
(Is this sounding familiar yet?)
There are hundreds of lymph nodes throughout your body and they’re a really important part of your immune system as well, helping to fight off infections and diseases.
In fact, lymph nodes are so important that they get their own place in the cancer staging system.
In other words, as cancer gets worse, it very often spreads via the lymph nodes.
So keeping them clear and flowing well is a powerful way to combat cancer.
But the lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump to move lymphatic fluid around the body, so it relies on you to keep things moving, literally.
There are lots of ways that you can support your lymph’s important role in your body, and I’ve put together a quick checklist for you if you want to know more:
10 ways to get your lymph flowing (direct download, no optin needed)
Not surprisingly, many of these are the same things you need to do to prevent and heal cancer naturally.
So, what are you going to do today to clean up your lymph?
And may your lymph nodes be healthy and free-flowing!
Have a fantastic day!

Hi Nikki,
Hope all is well with you. Coincidentally I got my test result from my CT scan a couple hours before I got this email. And wow! I had questions about lymph nodes that my doctor didn’t particularly want to answer. So I figured I would come home and go on line. And there you were with my answers. Amazing!
I started out with a 31mm mass on my right upper lung. Nodes measuring 22.mm
He told me my lung mass was down by about 40% and the nodes were gone! He kinda omitted the stats until I asked for them, and of course he forgot to tell me of the importance of the lymph nodes. It’s been 4 and a half of targeted therapy, now I’m thinking about radiation to my lung to see if would totally shrink the tumor. Tough decision, especially since I have already gone thru radiation to the brain because it had spread.
I’m eating the best way I know how, with your help. I’m also learning to relax more as per your suggestions in 14 ways to conquer cancer fears. I’m still working on those. I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer in February so far everything looks good, thank God! Only thing is I can’t get my doctor to talk to me. So I have asked for a copy of my health records and I’m gonna get a second opinion.
Bless, my friend. I’m known to be a strong woman but you have empowered me along my journey. I ll keep you posted and I eagerly await ur next posting.
Regards,
Char

Wow, Charmaine. That’s such amazing news. Well done to you!
Choosing treatment is never an easy decision, but just make sure you’re doing what feels right to you.
I’m so glad you’re practising letting go of stress and eating better. I know it’s hard sometimes, but anything you can manage will make a difference.
And I think you’re right to get a copy of your records and also get a second opinion. Being the one in charge, rather than just accepting what your doctor says (or doesn’t say) can be very powerful.
I’m so glad that I’ve able to help and inspire you in your journey. ♥
